Changing Gears - A book by Greg Foyster!

A quick note for people who may have read about Greg Foyster and the release of his book:
 "Changing Gears".

His story sounds truly inspiring - deciding to live more simply Greg quits his job in advertising and embarks on a cycling journey with his partner, Sophie, pedalling from Melbourne all the way up to far north Queensland (via Tasmania would you believe!) in the hope to gather ideas for a new way of life.

The book covers the couple's adventures along the way and the colourful characters they happen to meet. As well as meeting up with people out there who have embarked upon their own version of simple living, the book looks at the question: "Can we be happier with less?"  Food for thought, eh? I can hardly wait to get a copy and start reading it myself!

Greg is nearing the end of his (also pedal powered!) book tour and there is still time to catch him if you are near any of the places below..

  6. I really struggled with my reading last year and made a resolution to make more of an effort in 2014. This was the perfect book to start with so thanks for the inspiration. I absolutely loved it!
