In our family, when the clouds let the sun through like that, or it is shining through trees like that, we call it "God light", cos its like the light is shining through from heaven............that is one magical photo...
Beautiful light, my big one tells me there was a pretty wonderful sunrise picture taken by one of your clever daughters this morning. Like the trees were on fire. It was spectacular today, a big upside to getting up earlier to bake for Beth.
Yep, the old pocket phone standby, Kim, what a good fallback. :)
Hugs to you too, Celia. x
Thanks, Linda! Just a small skein I'm hoping to turn into some mitts and a hat for the youngest..if there is ever a spare moment or two to actually get started! :)
Great things happening at your place this week. Sorry I missed the previous post. That tunic is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kate. :)
DeleteLove the wool and the sun shining through the trees, Just magical!
ReplyDeleteIt was breathtaking, Deb. Right as we were doing the morning school drop off, I just had to stop for a moment to soak it up!

ReplyDeleteAhh, I missed the sunrise but saw the photographic evidence - indeed the sky was red! Amazing!!
DeleteGorgeous photos! How cosy your table pictures look. I don't do wordless! I like the idea but can't keep my mouth closed. That was a lovely post!
ReplyDeleteOh, you always make me laugh, Linda! I would never expect you to do wordless! It just wouldn't be the same. :D
DeleteAhhhhh....better than meditating looking at those pics. Loved how you caught the sun rays in action.
